Electric Dreams grants the user a non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use THE WILD LAND (hereinafter "the Game") and its features in accordance with the following terms and conditions:
- Use of the Game
The user is allowed to use the Game for non-commercial purposes, for his/her own personal and non-commercial use. The User may not sell, rent, lease, loan, distribute, lease, transfer or sublicense the Game to any third party without the prior written consent of Electric Dreams.
- Modifications to the Game
The user is permitted to modify the Game for his or her own personal use, but may not modify or alter the Game for the purpose of distributing, selling or making it available to a third party.
- Intellectual property
The Game is the exclusive property of Electric Dreams and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The User acknowledges that all trademarks, trade names, logos and other distinctive signs used in the Game are the property of Electric Dreams or its partners. The User may not use such trademarks, trade names, logos or other distinctive signs without the prior written consent of Electric Dreams.
- Data collection
Electric Dreams collects anonymous game statistics for the sole purpose of counting the number of games played. Electric Dreams does not collect any personally identifiable information and does not share the data collected with any third parties.
- Warranties and Liability
The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Electric Dreams will not be liable for any damages resulting from the use of or inability to use the Game.
- Termination
Electric Dreams may terminate this licence at any time if the user violates any of the terms and conditions set forth in this licence.
- Applicable law
This licence is subject to French law and any dispute arising from the use of the Game shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.
By accepting this licence, the user acknowledges that he/she has read, understood and accepted all the terms and conditions set out above. If the user does not accept these terms and conditions, he/she must not use the Game.
